Never satisfied with the status quo, I often sought opportunities to lead or to join various corporate change initiatives. From establishing new businesses and integrating companies to restructuring organizations and enhancing key business processes, I was involved in numerous interventions that helped shape the future of the companies I worked for. Throughout this journey, I developed a profound appreciation of the rich cultural fabric of the Africa and Middle East region and how it intertwined with corporate culture in a complex global environment. I earned the trust of business leaders across multiple countries and functions and learned the skills necessary to maximize limited resources and navigate organizations towards bold visions.
After two decades of invaluable corporate experience in construction, technology, pharmaceuticals and commercial operations, I am now using what I learned in senior regional leadership roles and in global project leadership roles to help businesses across the region thrive in a volatile environment. From straightforward continuous improvement and cost optimization projects to more complex organizational development interventions, I partner with my clients on a rewarding journey of exploration and learning in pursuit of sustainable strategic outcomes.
